Subway - Calgary

Been coming to this store for a year, 3-4 times a month. Applied coupon in app for buy foot long get two cookies free. Got to store and they wouldn't honor coupon for free cookies cause it didn't show up on order ticket. Tried to explain that app is garbage and that they should honor coupon but they still wouldn't. Only a couple of cookies but it's the principle of running a good franchise location which this one is not. Won't be coming back to this store ever again and will only use Subway now as last resort you lost a valued customer congratulations.

Every single time I gave gone to this location, they have NEVER, EVER had cash, or enough change in the till. This is the third time I gave been turned away service for the company not having sufficient cash in their till. The excuse this time is that its too early in the day.. It's 12pm. Last 2 times I went was at 8 and other at dinner time. I would like some type of compensation for this type of service. Price per person: CA$10–20

One of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. I couldn't bite through the bread it was so stale after they toasted it, and they added a huge amount of sauce when I asked for a tiny amount. They also added Mustard when I specifically said no. Honestly, watching them put the sandwich together, with so little veggies and so much sauce, it looked as though they had never seen or eaten a good sandwich. I would not go back, and I live in Cranston.
