Red Lobster - Calgary

Now, about the food: the lobster mac and cheese was a bit too salty for my taste. It came in a creamy lobster cheese sauce and was topped with bacon. The lobster mashed potatoes had a generous amount of lobster mixed into a creamy sauce. I'm not sure what kind of sauce it was, but it was very rich. Next time we order lobster, I probably wouldn’t go for this—regular mashed potatoes might be a better option. The Admiral's Feast was a platter of fried shrimp, scallops, mussels, and fish, served with a variety of sauces. It was decent, but it was probably my least favorite dish of the night, so I'll skip it next time. However, the lobsters were perfectly cooked—so tender and sweet! Dipping them in butter was heavenly. I was pleasantly surprised that they were fresh and not frozen. Frozen lobster often has a mushy texture, but this was excellent. The steak that came with the meal seemed to be a sirloin and was a bit more well-done than I prefer, cooked to medium. Unfortunately, it was somewhat tough to chew, and I wish I could have upgraded to a higher-grade cut. The shrimp served as an appetizer were also very good. Overall, my family really enjoyed our meal here; it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely consider coming back in the future, although I wouldn't make it a regular spot.

I had a delightful lunch of Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, which was both delicious and generously portioned—I ended up taking half of it home. As usual, it was accompanied by their famous cookies. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed the Sangria, which was the best I've ever had in Calgary!

I celebrated my birthday dinner with my lovely wife here today. We ordered the Thursday dinner special for two, and it was a grand feast for us. Our server, Sabiha, truly made our day special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the delicious food and excellent service. Thank you!

Friendly service. Nice cozy atmosphere. The food was fine (that comes from someone who doesn't like seafood (why did I go there? Good question. The 3 from the sea deal is really very good, you get a soup/salad, starter and duck. I ordered the shrimps Alfredo. There wasn't enough sauce. Portion was huge.

Staff super friendly, facilities little dated but I am there to eat food. The food was fabulous, was so full by the end. Really enjoyed my dish as it had a lot of things I wanted in it. Definitely recommend coming here for seafood.
