Quesada Burritos Tacos - Calgary

There isn't a taco place here. After placing an order online, it was promptly canceled. Despite being assured we wouldn't be charged, we were indeed charged and never received a refund. We're currently in the process of disputing the charge. This establishment should not be marked as open, and they shouldn't be accepting orders. I've noticed previous reviews where the owner responds to unhappy customers by stating the place is closed for renovations. However, after driving by, we couldn't find any signs of Quesada. If it's closed for renovations, why isn't it marked as such on Google? It's disrespectful of people's time to allow us to go through the menu and choose toppings (a lengthy process), only to have the order canceled a few minutes later. Sometimes people don't read their emails right away and wouldn't even know the order was canceled until showing up and being unable to find the establishment.

Just ordered pick-up from Skip the dishes for this location. Walked in -15. Business is closed. How did they complete my order? Tried to call them. Mailbox full. I need a refund for my food I didn't receive. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20

I was the only person standing there and the server rushed me through...made it wrong. And for $18 for a regular burrito...it was gross. Dry chicken with a bone in it. , salsa was old and watery. Food was sopping wet, falling apart, thin, lacked flavour and down right gross. 2 items cost 40 bucks. Just go to taco bell, at least their food is warm, crunchy and less than half the price Food: 1

I couldn’t find the place, not sure where exactly the store is located.
