Pop's Pub & Grill - Calgary

Love this place, had no bad meal here, not a huge wing person, but I make a take for pops wing because they are fantastic. atmosphere can sometimes be sketched.

Pop’s is just one of the best bars in calgary to have a drink and something to eat. the employees are always super friendly and courteous for the big group people), we come in the rule. her menu is important with a lot of interesting and unique offers.We are in the right here on wing Wednesdays cents) and they are always on the point with the seasoning/salt. I usually go to her honey or dill pickle or both. my favorite day is however Tuesday for cent tacos, I mean how do they beat this price? they are not very big, but if they can order, among them are good to go. if pop was not so far away for me, it would be for everyone to leave my way to bar.

First time at the 17th Avenue SW Calgary location for a late dinner with my son. He's been before and wanted me to experience it. Ended up walking out due to the lousy service and have no interest in returning. Saturday night, 9:30 PM with only about max a half dozen tables and 2 waitresses and bartender on duty. I don't have a problem waiting if a place and staff are really are busy but this was unreasonable - no attention, no acknowledgement after our drinks were served and servers walking by the table. The $5 we left on the table to pay for our two pops was too much. I'll be sharing this experience with others at every opportunity.

Just drove by this place on 17th and thought I'd try it rather than the usual places!Was thrilled at the service and the pub had a $10 burger special- chose that with waffle fries and it came hot and delicious! The cheerful waitress made sure all was well and came to the table often!Everyone should give this quaint pub a try!

We live nearby and Pop's is the longest standing establishment we have seen in that space since we moved here. The food is good pub food, and the daily deals are really great. Service is fast, and usually with a smile.
