I love this place and the owner are great folks. Cindy is the leader and is mostly there at lunch to serve her regular and new clients. I keep going back. Louis

Fish dish in a hotpot, with side order of rice was Amazing. Will go back just for that. Top notch.Salt and pepper quid was not impressive.

Food was great had satay beef soup, service was ok friendly staff a bit disorganized, atmosphere inside not good messy counter tops with a bunch of magazines and phone books just an eye sore you can see empty boxes and clutter, bathroom dirty.

We called in a pick up order at 4:32 and we got to the restaurant at 4:55 and didn't get our (small! order until 5:15. There was only 3 or 4 other tables in the restaurant, it wasn't even busy. I had to use the washroom while we waited for our food and it smelled like the outhouses at the campground we went to last week and both bathroom doors as well as the front door had these large black smudges where people have touched and it's never been cleaned, which make me a bit nervous about the cleaning practices elsewhere in the restaurant.Our food, when we did get it, was quite a small serving size and we paid for 8 spring rolls and only got 7.The bubble tea and the spring rolls tasted fine, but I will not be returning.
