Przekaż informację zwrotnąPacini restaurant was a name I knew from my time in Quebec City years ago. They had all you can eat pasta nights. When I saw that Pacini's was attached to our Calgary hotel, it was so convenient and a neat place to go. In these post-Covid times, prices are high. We had pizza, shared good. Our highlight is the bread stations, several types of bread spreads that you toast on a central grill; so cool!
We enjoyed a delicious meal at Pacini. I understand that this is a part of a chain, but we had never heard of it before. It was near our hotel and we didn't have the time to travel all the way downtown. What a find! The place had a dramatic ambiance, delicious food, and great service. The menu was expansive, and the prices were reasonable for the portion size. The bread grilling station was a lot of fun. Our server, Ludmila, was pleasant and attentive. We would definitely recommend!
We had made a reservation for 6:30pm on Feb 21st. We arrived on time and were seated immediately. However, we waited for 20 mins before I flagged down a waitress to ask if we were going to be served this evening?!! By the time someone had actually acknowledged us, we had been waiting a half hour. What was the point of the reservation?? Food was just okay and our waitress was a little rude when one of us asked to add on a dessert. Definitely will not be back and definitely will not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Hostess was slow to seat us. Once we were at our table it was another 20 minutes before we were served water. We continued to wait for yet another 20 minutes. A couple was seated next to us, and were waited on right away?!??!? We finally got up and left. Will not be going back!
We visited this restaurant but the branch at Blackfoot trail. The service was so slow and so poor, the champagne glasses weren’t washed properly, they even forgot to serve one of us, until 1 hour 30 minutes, after reminding them. Needless to say, we rejected the meal when it came. Worst Valentine day experience.
