One18 Empire - Calgary

First time here. Slow start, about minutes waiting for drink order. Service seemed to lack training, minimal engagement. Perhaps they were busy and understaffed. Appetizer was very tasty. Mushrooms on toast. Entrees we’re average. Burger and trout. Trout was overdone. Side of veggies were very nice.

Great dinner experience overall. Excellent atmosphere and service. The Trout was delicious, only surpassed by the Old Fashioned!

The food was great, drinks were great, and the service was great. Honestly had an amazing night.

First time here and we loved it! Great ambiance, smoked build you own old fashions were delicious and fun experience. Service was friendly. We will be back.
