The food and drinks were excellent! The atmosphere was pleasant and calm. The service was also very good.

We had an amazing server. She explained specials and was always checking in to see how we were doing!

This is the second time we’ve dined in the main dining room, and both times the length of time it took for service to be provided was extensive. Tonight I received my food, before my drink after sitting at the table, with two kids, for over 30 minutes. I originally had to return to the host stand to ask if we even had a server. The restaurant seemed short staffed and it was apparent in the wait times poor service. I also find it unacceptable that it’s common practice to charge full price $14 for the kids cheeseburger, plus $1 for a gluten free bun, and $2 for veggies when my daughter, who has celiac disease, modified her meal to a cheese bun and veggies. You do not provide a gluten free fryer yet charge to modify her side. She didn’t even have meat on her bun, yet we were still charged full price. When I asked to speak to the Manager, our sever refused to get he/she responded that this is what the manager told her to charge. It’s totally unacceptable! I also paid full price for my drink that arrived over 30 minutes late, even after I had to track down another server to get it. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We will not be returning I will be sharing my experience with the Calgary Celiac Association so no other customers with dietary concerns not a choice! waste their time money at this establishment.

Might be a different chef but appetizers that we quite often have were not as good
