McDonald's - Calgary

Best drive thru ever!. By far, the fastest drive thru in Calgary! Excellent communication and the food is always hot. Great job, staff!!

It's McDonald's, nothing more, nothing less. This one is fairly clean most times I've been inside. It can be very busy in the mornings, especially on weekends. There is a lot of seating available, and they have TVs.

Great service and Great Help!!!. Hello,<br/ I am a regular customer (actually entire my family and my friends' as well) who goes to Bowness location pretty much on daily basis. The overall service has been good but i now have another reason to be an absolute royal customer to this location. Yes I mean it.<br/ My wife was at this location for a cup of morning coffee and some breakfast on one morning and experienced hit and run to our parked vehicle.<br/ It is not something that anyone would want to experience especially without having a cup of morning coffee!!!<br/ While processing insurance claims and compiling all evidences for police reports, we realized that the place has CCTV installed and i remember it should cover the area where my wife parked her vehicle. I explained the situation to a couple of the restaurant managers (Marianne and Shieila) and they acted quickly and professionally to check their surveillance system. I am sure it is a time consuming process to do so during their busy hours; however, both Marianne and Shiella quickly responded to my request and provided the copy of footage that is absolutely essential for completing my police report. <br/ I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both Marianne and Shieila for the great help. Toss up. It was a toss up today, we were going to go to Subway and decided McDonalds instead. They have a new Parmasan Chicken wrap so we decided to give it a try, the crispy chicken one. The tomato sauce with parmasan cheese was actualy pretty good, at a $1.99 not a bad deal. I think if they had them at $1.50 it would be steal but won't complain to much.My pick was the 2 cheese burger meal, the last time I went I got the McChicken and wish I had went with my origanal choice of the cheese burger. My wife got the Big Mac meal and both tasted good and hit the spot after a New Years Day shooping trip.The service at this location is good average for McDonalds, and the restaurant is always clean inside. This location is located by Canada Olympic Park and open extended hours.

Everytime we go through the drive threw they always forget something or they give us what we didn't order (Always) the quality of their food is absolutely disgusting their is no food quality control or proper training for their drive through I have complained multiple time as far they are rated as the worst McDonald's in our community this is very sad my last two orders have been extremely disappointing my sausage McDuffie was burnt and the bun was in pieces 2 days later they got the whole order wrong forgot products and the ones they put in the bag where wrong I ordered 3 double quarter pounder meals with bacon on all I received 3 single Quarter pounders no bacon when I complain about it all I'm told is ill talk to them where is the exceptabilaty where is the training there is no excuse for this I am very very disappointed with this store (store 10418- 8235 Bowridge cr, Calgary, Alberta
