Loco Lou's - Calgary

Enjoyed the patio. Met friends for lunch last Sunday what a beautiful place to sit and unwind! Had never been before but, found it to be a nice place. Laura, our server, though not overly busy, just was so slow. Took over 45 minutes to get potato skins (which were really dry), dry ribs (which were overly dry), chicken cesar salad and a chicken sandwich with salad. Yes, she came and checked on us and said 'just a few more minutes ' for about 15 minutes, but, still. Beverages were forgotten, refills never offered.................... despite the great location, and the gorgeous patio, don 't think I 'll be going back due to the service/food quality.

Not too shabby.... Love the patio, service is kind of slow, but she was very friendly and helpful so it wasn't so bad. The drink selection leaves something to be desired and there was absolutely something off with their kegs on Saturday anything anyone in our group ordered in draft form tasted slightly off/watered down, including the Guinness and the Strongbow. They replaced the drinks without question, but no one really offered an explanation. Left us with a pretty limited drink selection, but overall it was a great night. Food was really good though, so I will likely be back again, no reason not to!

Service was incredibly slow. How many smoke breaks are these waitresses allowed to have? Food was incredible though. So I guess that evens it out.

Great Place. But double check your bill.. My boyfriend and I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a good experience overall. The food was great and the atmosphere is upbeat and fun! Our waitress was really slow and it wasn't even that busy. When she brought us our bill she had charged us for nearly $30 of food we didn't order. I told her and she fixed it but I'll definitely be watching for that when I go back. Other than that our experience was great and I'll definitely be going back.

Better than average pub food!. Went here with my wife and some staff for a get-together. We were promptly served with a drink order (when the preferred item (Big Rock Trad) was not available we were offerred a suitable substitute). The food orders varied throughout the menu: all arrived in good time, were well prepared and met taste expectations. We'll go again.
