No longer my favourite bakery! Not accomodating to needs of customer. They used to cut baguette into small piece as I have difficult time using knife and have sensitive teeth but now they post a snooty letter they do not cut baguettes. This is North America, not France. Here, you accomodate people with special request. Last few orders, they accomodated this small request but now, they left a nasty note they do not cut baguettes. That is a lie! Please do not do this. Unacceptable!
