Kinjo - Calgary

To start -- the food and service are excellent. The staff is very friendly and the decor has a very homey feeling. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. A bunch of us went from work and had no problems hearing conversation. The portion sizes and prices vary according to what you order. Both were not to bad and it seemed to level out .Two of the items, that we tried, were the California rolls and the Dynamite rolls which were very tasty and I would recommend you to try them. The women and children were given Pocky -- sorry not to men. In all we were not disappointed and would go back again. The only difficulty is that the parking seems very limited for a busy strip mall.

We have had both supper and lunch here. As with the other Kinjo locations, the food & the service is excellent. The atmosphere is quiet, clean and lovely. We have been to a lot of sushi restaurants across Calgary & Kinjo is always our favorite. The prices are reasonable & it doesn't take long to be full. We chose to eat here before our flight out of Calgary in February and had lunch there yesterday. So yummy & satisfying. Not one bad dish.

I went to Kinjo's for the first time and what a fun place. The restaurant it self is huge and menu selection is huge. This restaurant has something for everyone. The service was fantastic. Kinjo I will be back for sure.

Food is just average, We've been to many sushi restaurants that have much better food. Hostesses are good but service for food is quite slow, last dish didn't come out for almost 20min after other dishes, Lots of servers walking back & forth, they check our order list on table for 3 times, but still nothing coming, I had to flag down 1 of servers to tell them if they haven't make that dish then cancel it, then suddendly food is ready???!!!??? Willnot come back.

Not the best place if looking for quality at a reasonable price. Its over priced. Its a clean place .
