The hotate Scallops (2 Pcs) was amazing! Next time I will try them torched. The food was all really good and the Alberta Beef Tataki was very tender. The Signature Truffle Prawn Roll seemed a bit small compared to some other specialty rolls from other places but the taste and freshness was phenomenal

Ordered nego Negi Toro (6pc) (one of the few places i can find it on DD and Tuna Sushi (2 Pcs) Salmon Sushi (2 Pcs). it was excellent. the rice was al dente and perfect. beat experience yet!
