Jamesons Pub - Calgary

Solid! Accidentally hit the Sunday rush (they do brunch all day happy hour, I believe) so we probably didn’t see the best representation of the usual vibe and service but still have absolutely no complaints, and really appreciated our server not kicking us to the curb when we stayed at the table to chat for a bit after eating. I’d like to come back and try more of the menu. My fellow diner liked the bacon on her burger, I liked the fish tacos and liked that you can mix and match tacos even if I didn’t love the other type I tried. Portions look to be a bit on the smaller side but that’s not a big deal, it’s at least a reasonably priced spot for what it is.Parking: Busier times may need to park on the other side of the crosswalk i.e Dollarama area, not too far thoughKid friendliness: No minors allowed, younger adults may get ID ed regardless of whether they order alcohol (I believe there are VLTs on site and that’s the reason)

Nice casual pub. They have decent specials and the 17th location allows kids so we've done some wing Sundays uptown. Never had a bad experience at any location I've visited.

Upon first glance, the external appearance of the establishment exudes an air of elegance and charm. The presence of a well-maintained verdant space and an aesthetically pleasing patio further enhance its appeal. The staff members, with their impeccable service and the ambience they create, contributed significantly to the overall positive experience.

Blueberry Moscow Mules. Blueberry BBQ chicken wings. Do I have to say more??? Amazing. Love the patio too. Staff is excellent!

Some of the best chicken wings in calgary with a ton of flavour options. Blueberry BBQ and Tangy Carolina are some of the best. Great selection of drinks as well, one of the only places I’ve found that sells Babe Tangerine dream. Supports lots of local Alberta breweries and the staff are always pleasant.Kid-friendliness: Due to the VLT machines kids are not allowed at any times.
