Harvey's - Calgary

I had a coupon that I attempted to use for my online order, but it didn't work. I received a message stating there was a technical issue and that I needed to call the restaurant. So, I decided to go to the restaurant and ordered through the drive-thru, where they accepted the coupon. However, when I reached the window, the manager was quite rude. She informed me that she couldn’t apply the coupon and that I needed to contact customer support via the app. To make matters worse, she then canceled the coupon from the system after it had already been applied.

Parking was also a plus, as there were plenty of spaces available.

I ordered mini doughnuts as a late-night snack for a group of us, but they arrived overcooked and completely lacking any sugar. It seems like the closing shift just doesn’t care.

I ordered the 1/4 pound Angus burger with cheese and bacon, along with the frings, and both were fresh and delicious. The staff working tonight were incredibly friendly, which is why I’m giving them a five-star rating.

The restaurant is clean, and the staff is polite and attentive. The food met my expectations, and the quality was outstanding. The lettuce had a delightful crunch, and the fresh toppings were genuinely fresh. Overall, a very pleasant experience at Harvey's!
