Empanada Queen - Calgary

Very delicious, relatively quick. The only thing is we live so far that it is a treat when do get to visit...tucked away in a mostly industrial area it's definitely worth the trip.

This small restaurant serve a famous tasty Empanadas full of Chilean savors. A good choice for a breakfast or to be serve during family or friend meetings.

We were in Calgary and came across Groupon for this place. We always like trying new things and have enjoyed empanadas before. The taste was pretty good but just not what I was expecting.

Groupon purchase $12 for $20 enjoyed a baked and fried empanadas freshly made while you wait. Lots of customers good sign that's it's a good place to eat. Looks like you can also order ahead or get a take out order but may not be a good idea during the lunch rush. Ordered a Chilean salad, tomatoes onions and cilantro. 2 people ate and very satisfied without feeling overfull.

We have used Empanada Queen for the last couple of years for staff functions. They are easy to share (we order the mini ones) and come with their delicious salsa for a great price. We will be ordering again soon.
