Arriba Chihuahua!! The barbacoa that we eat in the north of Mexico, would make any French Cordon Bleu chef fall in love with this delicacy. Just had the chorizo....OMG, an explosion of flavor! Real chorizo from Chihuahua and add a drop of salsita, to make it a complete mystical experience!! The carnitas are just amazing, add a little drop of their mystical salsa and onion, cilantro, make a taco.....yummy :
