Edo Japan - Calgary

SOSLOW!__I went here for sushi tonight and I ended up waiting 25 minutes So long, that I missed getting my husband's dinner at Opa next door.

You'll find good food a nice interior and great staff at this locationEverything is cooked to order and the staff greet you everytime you arrive.

Japanese food / traditional chinesa, prepared bem, bom apprenticeship, pleasant atmosphere, razoaveis preços.

My wife and I used to love Edo Japan. However, we found the sukiyaki beef to be bland and lacking in flavor during our recent visits. This was consistent at both the location we visited in Okotoks and other locations in Alberta. We believe the reason for this is that the teriyaki sauce seemed to be watered down, resulting in a thinner consistency. In comparison, the locations we have visited on Vancouver Island and in the Fraser Valley had a thicker sauce packed full of flavor. We were very disappointed with the Edo locations we visited in Alberta and hope to find a better option in the area.

I had the chicken ramen soup. A tad too much fluid. Had this before and enjoyed this time too. Will come back. Spent for lunch
