Dairy Queen - Orange Julius - Calgary

I have only been here once, but had a pretty decent experience overall. My Orange Julius ' shake turned out to be very tasty, cold, and refreshing. The service was prompt and friendly. And my order came exactly as I asked for it to be. It 's too bad that the Dairy Queen attached to this location is not a 'restaurant ' (ie. No burgers, chicken tenders, etc. , but they do have hot dogs

For small strawberry and banana Julius it $4.65 which is high. Normally I pay $4.00 for a medium at different location. Taste was a bit off. I hope the employee are being paid well.

Got their pina colada smoothie as a quick snack and WOW! Mouth heaven, that one! Price is fine for the quality and when I later tried this at an US DQ, it was not nearly as good. So get one while you're there!

I've had orange julious for over 40 years and it's still great. We don't have one in our town but whenever I make it to a city or airport, I finally get to enjoy my favourite drink - and it's alway great!
