Cinnzeo - Calgary

Quality is on the hill. will not go back. for years we buy two boxes zimtbälle at the west entrance cinnzeo every visit to the shopping center. they always had a deal where the second box was just a few dollars more. the rolls were always fresh and tasty. our last two purchases were bad experiences. the bungalows are now flat, maybe half the height they were earlier. they are hard and chewing, not fluffy. my daughter, who loves cinnamon balls, says she tastes like karton now. my wife took a big rectangular box that thought she had bought a 15-pack. After we came to the house and opened the box, there were only 9 bungalows, with a large empty space where the other six bungalows should be, and the rolls were literally about 1” thick, so flat and heavy. see the photos and judges for themselves. they no longer have the two dollar for the second box deal. and the boxes are significantly lower quality now with only simple two color printing, a sign of the drop of the quality. we see the cinnzeo website shows the same owner leads several stallorte. Maybe we'll try one of another's owners or we'll look for a cinnabon instead.

So disappointed, not fresh. bought a box with 9 pack mini zimtrolle for $17.49 after $5 from today afternoon. the girl offered to get me a kist from behind and she said it was the same as the front. went home and ate it immediately. the zimtrolle is as dry as karton. not sure whether there is a difference between boxes from the front or back. but I can say it's not the usual Cinnzeo quality. not even worth a star!

The person who served, wore no mask and there was a child at the place was also exposed. how irresponsible! the other employees were not responsible either because they were able to make sure everyone was masked

I only have the 15 pack hot cinnamon beung. so fresh and super looking cinnamon bene.

Got a cinnamon roll with apple topping yesterday fresh out of the oven. Sooo good. Moved away and hadn't been in many years but it's still just as good as I remembered!
