Chop Steakhouse Bar Chinook - Calgary

Hannah was incredible, customer experience was way up there it was our year anniversary she brought us glasses of champagne. Food was delicious. Highly recommend Chop

The place is too dark. What's the point to give coloring to the kids if they cannot see in the restaurant.We have to use the phone flash light to see the menu. Luckily we are not the only table that use the flash light, we saw couple other tables are using the same tools.My steak is over cook

Food was great but our reservation and several other reservations that were waiting in the lobby got backed by up for Valentine's day. Was not happy about that

Everything was ‘ok’, but I’ve come to expect better from Chop. I think they overbooked for Valentines, the food was nowhere near their usual standard. Skip the busiest nights would be my recommendation

Overall not a very great dining experience. The food was good but not outstanding. The service was not very good at all. First, they over booked their reservations, leaving people waiting minutes past the reservation time very annoying. No apologies or concern for the long waits to the large number of people waiting in the lobby. Our server was nice but not great at her craft. I do not think that we would go back to Chop Chinook any time soon and we feel that we wasted our Valentine's dinner at Chop
