Carver's Steakhouse-sheraton Cavalier Calgary

I walked in kinda late 9:45, the place was pretty empty but a very nice employee set me up with an order and delivered it to my room. The 2 course $39 meal was a good deal, the food was really good, the steak was cooked perfectly. Thanks!

The food here is AMAZING. Prepare to leave very full! They brought a little palate cleanser after the appetizers, which was super tasty. The scallop appetizers are so good, unbelievably good, I think they were my favourite part of the meal! The service was also very good. I hope I get the chance to come back here soon.

I had a business dinner meeting here, and it certainly was a pleasant meal. The food was excellent. I had a prime rib, and it was a thick, juicy and tender cut of meat, perfectly cooked to my liking. The steaks seemed fine as well. The tableside Caesar salad was okay, but not as overwhelming though. The wait staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

This place is inside the Sheraton hotel off of Barlow and 32 Ave in the N.E. If you are looking for a quiet place to have a freaking awesome steak diner than this is the place to go. I have never suspected a place in a hotel to be this good, but WOW. The staff were amazing. The food was better than other steak places in the area across the street). The pricing was in my opinion cheap for what you got. The Caesar salad that is made at the table was to die for. The crab cakes were the best I have ever eaten. The steak as well was cooked to perfection. Please go and check this place out, an absolute must. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.

I visited this restaurant for a special holiday dinner with my partner, and it was wonderful. Crystal, the manager, was incredibly helpful and made arrangements for us ahead of time. We enjoyed an outstanding bottle of wine, and the service was top-notch. We ordered the table-side Caesar salad, which was a fantastic experience to watch it being made right in front of us. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, combining traditional flavors with a modern touch. While we ended up being the last table and had to wait a bit to settle our bill, the overall experience was truly impressive.
