California Thai - Calgary

I visited California Thai for lunch and ordered the General Tso chicken and Satay chicken. It took a while for the food to be prepared, but it was freshly cooked. The General Tso chicken was delicious, but the Satay chicken was a bit dry.

Classic Chicken Pad Thai is to die for! It comes in a lovely seafood sauce, crunchy vegetables and tender rice noodles. Top your pad Thai with freshly crushed peanuts that come on the side. Chicken wings are crunchy, salty, and tender. Mango salad with chicken is awesome with super fresh mango slices and flavourful chicken.

The food was fine but it took very long for some of our order to arrive and we had to remind the staff a few times. Other customers in the restaurant were also getting impatient at not getting their order in time. They are understaffed in my opinion.

One of the best fast food Thai places in Calgary! I always get the beef pad Thai and never been disappointed!

I love Thai food and this is probably the best Thai food that I found near me! I love that it's fresh and the green curry is delicious. Staff are always amazing and the food is quick to prepare. I wish I saw more of these restaurants around Calgary rather than seeing Thai express everywhere...
