Boston Pizza - Calgary

We went to this Boston Pizza on the evening of July 30, 2017. Four adults and four children aged 8, 10 and two 11. We ordered the kids first as they were hungry, when one of the orders came, it was chicken fingers, NOT hamburgers, so it went back. Second, I received my salad and no dressing, as it was to be put on the side. I also requested a second drink and it didn't come until the meal was completely over. We were all done eating, when the child meal arrived that was not correct in the first place. Then my son-in-law was eating his fries and all the junk that sits in a fryer was dumped into his plate, he was furious as he use to be a kitchen chef. He said you never put that cramp on somebody's plate. We call for the Manager and his name was Chase, a manager in training. He was pleasant and a good listener and he didn't interrupt as we explained our case, he took the matter seriously, as we were frustrated, being there for our first time. He left and then came back to tell us our bill of $112.00 was on Boston Pizza. I couldn't believe, he did that. I so appreciated that he got our message and was willing to dissolve it immediately to ensure that we take a chance and come back. I gave a tip of $20 to the waitress and although she may not of deserved it, because be didn't see her after our meal was served, I so appreciated Chase and his incredible gesture. We will come back Chase.

Had a pint of bud and her indoors had a pint of strongbow, left after only these as the strongbow tasted like carbonated water with food colouring. Very disappointed.

Disappointed as the $13 single serving pizza was very small and needed more toppings. Was quite noisy and service was slow.

I gave my wife a well-deserved break and took the kids out for supper at Boston pizza, Shelby or server was awesome and very friendly towards myself and the kids and we didn't know until we got there but Wednesday night is balloon night so there was a guy that walked around making balloon things for the kids, I even got a sword! The food was your typical Boston pizza and overall pretty good, I was more impressed with the service as they got hammered just as we were leaving and the ladies really pulled together to make it look like they weren't scrambling. Will definitely be back, As this is definitely one of the better Boston pizzas throughout the city as I've been to many. Cheers

The food at this Boston PIzza location has always been good, the service has been excellent, and the prices are always reasonable, I have been going here for a few years either with our family or with co workers, we've always had a good experience at this location, the menu offers a variety of foods, starters and desserts
