A&w Canada - Calgary

Forgot items in our order, so we called to address this and the person who picked up GASLIGHTED us telling us that the items were in the bag when they weren’t?! Super rude and extremely unapologetic… We then asked to talk to the manager in which the employee said she was the manager but then later on said she was actually the supervisor… and refused to give the area managers number because she didn’t know? How does the “manager” not know her companies higher ups? She then hung up on us. What a crazy experience…so disappointed

Very disappointed food was cold and not fresh. I think it's very rude that the staff speaks in there language in front of customers, if you are going to be in the services industry speak English.

Not to be dramatic but I would trust the staff here with my life. Every single time I order the staff are beyond friendly and always get the order perfect. Truly y'all got me through one of my pets dying when I was depressed and couldn't be bothered to cook for myself. love u

Not sure why but sometimes the Bacon and Eggers or Sausage and Eggers are overcooked, the bacon is burnt or not cooked enough, and they seem to be thrown together badly, I wish they would remove the hash browns as they are are too greasy (for me)

This A&W is fantastic. The employees are wonderful and I have never had a problem with my burgers. I even got an onion ring burgr consiting of only onion rings for free. What great service. The onion rings were great.
