7-eleven - Calgary

A few days ago I came in to this place just to get a slushy, smokes etc. As I’m getting my slushy and was finished I felt the eyes of the bigger filipino guy older man) with glasses just watching me. This is not the first time I’ve felt this vibe from this man he is not friendly unless you’re from where’s he’s from he’s rude not friendly at all just miserable energy. His attitude is not welcoming and the fact that he was watching me leads me to believe he thought I was going to steal smh. I will go to the other 7eleven that has the Tim Hortons I think they have nicer staff that don’t make you feel like you’re doing something wrong.

On November 7, 2023, I took my children to this restaurant in search of free Slurpees. However, the owner, who appeared to be of East Indian descent, unexpectedly began performing a stand-up act and offered a promotion: buy one Slurpee and get the second one for free. It felt as though he was desperately searching for spare change, but I later realized that this offer was actually coming from the corporate office. We politely declined the offer and decided to leave quickly. I would advise others to avoid this restaurant, as it seems that the owner values saving money over providing good customer service.

This place is awful! They have Terrible customer service and actually the rudest two ladies were working tonight (June12th @6pm) they should be fired they don’t care about anyone and hate their jobs clearly! Save yourself and go to the one on either side of the road from there!!

This establishment is terrible! The customer service is awful, and two very rude ladies were working tonight (June 12th @ 6pm). They should be fired, as they clearly do not care about anyone and hate their jobs. Save yourself and visit the restaurants located on either side of the road instead.
