Kotori Japanese Food - Calexico

Food is delicious but customer service is horrible!!! Who does QA for this place!!! They never answer thier phone and when they do they leave you on hold for the longest time!! would only recommend walk ins

Best Kotori in the valley. The taste, the portions, and service is better here than any other one at the mall, el Centro and Imperial. As I understand it, they have all divided and have different owners. This one stands out as the best by far.

The service is not great. The waitress was polite but never once came back to see if we needed anything. The rolls are mostly rice the filling is minimal .
