Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe mobile order stated my food would be ready fir pick up at 7pm. I got there and was told it would be another 15-30 minutes-no explanation given. I had already picked up other food and now had to wait, meaning the other food was going to be ice cold. The store was out of half the toppings we ordered but never said anything to me while I was waiting. The food looked bad and didn?t taste very good either. This is not the first time I?ve had bad service or bad food at this location. I keep hoping it will get better because I really love Qdoba.
Usually come here and have a much better experience. Yesterday I went in and there was a new kid who stared and was on the sandwich making process. Kid gave abnormally small scoops of everything. Asked for another scoop and got baby scoops. It was abundantly clear the kid was new so I didn?t bother jumping down his throat. Called the store later and they said they?d refund my purchase but asked for my phone number. Called today and they said that?s not how they do that and I won?t be getting a refund. This location went straight down the drain. Keep in mind they charge $9.25 for burritos now. Taco Bell would?ve been a better option at this point.
Had a good sized pick up order, made online. Took 25 minutes longer than the time it was stated it would be ready by, despite there being only two customers in line at the location. Both of the bowls ordered had the wrong items and one of them had practically zero rice. Service was painfully slow and the dining area was disgusting with napkins and food all over the floor. It's unlikely that we'll be back to this location.
I usually love qdoba but this location fell short in so many ways. At least 5 people working and yet only one of them was at the counter and there was a line to the door. The lady that was cooking food was not wearing any sort of hairnet or hat with no gloves in sight, definitely a health violation. After purchasing 2 drinks we then found out they had only zero sugar options and even those were mostly out. Chips were all broken and couldn?t even be bothered to fill up the bag that I payed for. Worst $30 that I?ve spent.
Every time I go in this lady is always somewhere In the front helping. Very respectful to not only us customers but even to her team. I asked her name today which was Audrey and said at any of the locations I been to. I never seen just a manager up front working doing every on there on. I seen her through busy hours short staff she still is so kind, helpful and humble. Good customer service is why I continuously keep coming back. Thank you for making each visit a great experience Audrey!
