Panera Bread - Caledonia

Great place for a meeting, checking your email and having some awesome food! You can't get much better than that.

Just placed my first delivery order, Jeffery was very polite and even early!

This Panera just showed the greatest amount of customer service I have ever seen by this company! I ordered Home Delivery, and was very bummed to find out that on their website a lot of their bakery items including bagels were not available, and that was all I wanted! I had a coupon, so I ended up getting lunch anyways. Jeff delivered my order as he has in the past, and was so wonderful! I asked him about the bagels not being available online, and he told me that didn’t sound right and he would go back and double check. About an hour later he calls me to let me know that they had plenty available and that he would like to bring me a few free of charge for letting them know about the website. That is exceptional coustomer service and I am so thankful for his generosity! Thanks Jeff and Panera!

Ethan and all the staff were beyond accommodating when we hosted a fundraiser there tonight. I was so impressed and grateful for their positive and supportive attitudes!! Huge shoutout!

The new breakfast sandwiches with over-easy eggs are delicious! These eggs are a big improvement over the previous types. And I really like the brioche buns!
