Brann's Steakhouse - Caledonia

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My partner's steak needed to be sent back to the kitchen because it wasn't cooked to our liking, but the staff quickly took care of it and returned it perfectly done in no time. We had a lovely evening with delicious food and excellent service. The staff was fantastic. Overall, we had a great time and couldn't ask for better! Service: 5 Food: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 and followed the sign's instructions to wait to be seated. However, after waiting for a few minutes without being greeted by a host or hostess, we decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. Despite waiting for several more minutes, we continued to receive no service. Eventually, we decided to leave as the bartender only approached us after finishing a conversation with a patron at the bar. Despite there being only 2 occupied tables and one patron at the bar when we arrived, the lack of service led us to leave without dining at the establishment.

Today, I picked up my lunch from a phone order at this restaurant. I ordered the Traverse City salad, but was disappointed with the quality. The chicken was cold and dry, and the salad looked old. Overall, it was not a good experience and I was not happy. I did not have time to go back and get it fixed. However, the positive aspect was that the manager deleted the charge for the salad, so at least I did not end up paying for it. The manager also apologized for the poor experience. I usually enjoy eating at this restaurant, but this time was a disappointment and a waste of money.
