Xunta Tapas España - Caldwell

Food is average, waitresses nice but the owner--she is mean and nasty. Want to support local but when the owner is just this nasty I cannot. I had a 5:00 pm reservation and I checked in and she states in the nastiest tone that no one will be able to come to the table for a while. If that is the case 1. why are you nasty and 2. why do you have 5:00 pm reservations on open table? Will never go back there-EVER.

I enjoyed the food. It was authentic and the tapas portions pretty large. But it can be pretty noisy when full and the wait staff though very pleasant (except for an older lady who was not all that personable) were kinda slow. This is not a quick in and out place. Being authentic they expect you to want to be there hours for dinner. Bit we will go back but probably not on a weekend when it is so crowded

Excellent tapas. Would definitely recommend. Have visited many times and never disappointed.

Everything was good, but particularly: cow's milk cheese, the potatoes in tangy cheese sauce, hangar steak.
