The staff is always very friendly, and they consistently get my order right. The food is always hot and fresh, and I absolutely love the chalupa!

I placed a mobile order and I really enjoy using this option because of all the customization features available. I was impressed by how quickly they prepared my order. The food was accurate, hot, and delicious.

I placed an order through the app for a new grilled cheese box along with a drink. They didn’t inform me that coffee wasn't available, which I assume meant they probably didn't have any in stock. It wasn't until I mentioned that the meal was supposed to include a drink that they offered an alternative. However, the food itself was quite good.

I would give this place a 5-star rating, but I keep experiencing the same issues. I really like Taco Bell, but I've found that whenever I request extra sour cream, it often doesn't come with my order. It's important to always check your order before you leave. However, the management is always willing to replace my meal if there's a mix-up.

The restaurant stays open very late, with the drive-thru operating until 2:00 a.m. on certain nights, making it perfect for late-night cravings. The place is clean, and the staff appears friendly, providing slightly above-average customer service. I've never had a bad chalupa there!
