Sonic Drive-in - Caldwell

Literally the worst service I've ever received. 20 minutes to make my stupid food and it wasn't even worth it. the pommes were cold. the Koney dog was not hot and to cover it from my huh was raw. but they still made me pay. I will never return to this sound again. terrible personal. Oh, man. terrible service.

This was probably the worst Sonic experience we've ever had. The girl at the window gave us our order incorrectly and never bothered to turn around and open the window to ask why we were still at the window minutes after she gave the food to us. We ordered a shake along with the meal. She never gave us the shake. The meal was the five piece chicken tender meal, we didn't get five tenders. We told them about this when another employee came and tried giving us someone else's order because we were waiting for so long, not the one who kept her backed turned mind you, her back was -still-turned at the window even when the other employee came. We let him know our order was incorrect. He gave us our shake and five tenders. Unfortunately, after we got the tenders, they were cold. We had to come back to the window again because these just weren't enjoyable to eat cold. When we asked for them, we got a very cold response. Absolutely horrendous customer service here. Disappointing. The one star is for the one other item that was given to us correctly and on time, a strawberry limeade.

Horrible customer service by Makea the morning manager. My burger was made with an abundant amount of mayonnaise and mustard. It was all over the outside covering the buns. I went to the door after going through drive through, my order was remade by Levi and Makea brought it out. I asked to speak to a manager, as I was expressing my dissatisfaction, she was laughing at me. She was closing the door on me and I stopped it, she said this conversation is over, she had been off for the last few days. I asked if that made it okay to serve pig slop to a customer. Levi agreed that food should not carry that presentation. Not recommend at all!

The absolute WORST service EVER. Not only did the girl at the drive through sit there and not take our order after multiple attempts when we spoke with the manager Gracie she left us sitting outside which we have been doing now for 10 minutes. It’s no wonder things are the way they are when you deal with people in the service industry like this. I will gladly drive to Boise to never have to deal with this bunch of unprofessional kids that are obviously here to get a paycheck without doing their job. Absolutely disguised.

07/03/2022: No cap waited an hour and 40 minutes, missed the fireworks show we were supposed to go see. Got an attitude, couldn't even leave because cars were around ours waiting for their stuff too. Didn't give answers to our questions. Asked if we could have our order for free (2 ice cream cone) and she said no? I waited almost 2 hours for 2 vanilla cones and you can't even apologize or give us our order for free?
