Jack In The Box - Caldwell

This location was telling everyone to pull around front to get their orders. This was blocking up the parking lot. You couldn't pull in or out of spaces. Bad management.

I’ve been here so many times and I’m done trying. I get a bacon and Swiss buttery jack and fries no drink. They give me the driest thing on a bun it’s basically a sandal. I can’t chew it I can’t taste any butter or other things in the sandwich. I would love to understand why they don’t just take it off the menu if they can’t afford to put butter on it. Half of the time when we go in and ask for sause we get either no sause or 7 sauces. The fries are always cold and hard as if they have been sitting for a long while. When I did come through and get a drink it always had no ice even though I would ask for ice. I have tried to give them all the benefit of the doubt and say maybe I’m just being hormonal but no it’s been 8 times now and never once has it been right.

The oreo shake will make your day better. I know it. God I love the oreo shake. So, so good. It's all I ordered and it was great. Every time I get it it's delicious.

Food was cold: most of our curly fries were hard. It was 9am
