Indian Creek Steakhouse - Caldwell

I love the atmosphere here. This is the first thing my eye got. The food was very good. I had the finger steaks, a friend had the pork nachos, and another friend ordered the pork stall. All tasted excellent. Adriana was an excellent waitress! Thanks for Adriana! Would recommend for a good meal and fun Western charm!

This is a hidden gem in the middle of a road trip. Her food is nothing short of amazing, boiled beef was great. Drinks were very delicious. This place is absolutely huge. Don't let the pictures spoil you. I walked around with a waitress and she let me take pictures of every room. It's huge! Ask for the high-end drinks, you will not be disappointed. Each of my photos is from a different room.

Loves the atmosphere and music of the restaurant. Seems like a great place for a date night menu is expensive to go with the children's cans, we went in Happy Hour (2pm-6pm) so not bad, $5 nachos, $8 burgers, which were great we also ordered the 1/2 ridges there were nice and juicy.

Update: Today there for a burger who looked really good, but it was much over boiled and frits full of fat. Amazing big party house! Had an absolute explosion there for New Year's Party with a fantastic band and big people. We have tried to taste their Rocky Mountain Oysters... 1. Experience and certainly not for us. Our friends said they weren't cooked properly, but somehow... 1. and last time for us to eat. The service and the atmosphere were fantastic!

Well, people kept saying it's good. Tried it for the third time with a different group. Still nothing to rave about. My rare steak came out more medium. And my gf's medium rare came out done, like no pink. Fries were greasy as bacon strips. If I'mpaying $50 for steaks. Maybe making them right? Not my go-to steakhouse.
