Gaucho's Food Truck - Caldwell

Delicious food and quick service. The staff is incredibly friendly. While their menu may be limited, it enables them to excel in what they do. All the sandwiches are excellent and reasonably priced. The empanadas are delightful, and I especially enjoy the dessert variety the most.

Wow, what incredible flavor! The food is excellent and the staff is so friendly. It’s the perfect spot for my lunch break—definitely the best lunch I’ve had. If you bring chicken or beef empanadas to the office, make sure to bring plenty, as everyone will enjoy them! I’m done with salads and other options from Albertsons; this is my new go-to place!

Ordnete a choripan sandwich and it was hot and so fresh. The Chimichuri sauce was so delicious. Can't wait to try an empanada next visit!

This place is so so good! We got the milanesa napolitana in chicken and beef and we were very pleased with our choices! The chimichurry is so tasty, we are going to have to order a bunch of it next time. The empinadas were great too :
