Mcdonald's - Caldicot

I just ordered the "Big and Cheesy with Bacon" at the counter, and I specifically requested no lettuce or onions. The burger was served to me as a take-away in a reasonable amount of time. However, while eating it on the M4 heading east, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover onions mixed into the melted cheese, along with an even more shocking find—a long brown hair! It's evident that health and safety protocols are not being properly followed at this fast food outlet. This experience was nothing short of disgusting. If you have dietary restrictions, be warned: they completely disregard your requests, and they throw in a hair for added surprise.

Never had any mistakes on any order I made, it gets mad busy but still quite organised so I can't fault it really. Brilliant McDonalds.
