We have been ordering takeout from this Chinese restaurant for the last few months since moving across the street. It is one of the best Chinese restaurants we have ever tried! They are so accommodating to our small menu changes. Whenever we call, our calls are answered right away and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The delivery service is also excellent. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant and would give it 5 out of 5 stars!

The service was excellent, although it took a bit longer than 45 minutes for the food to arrive. However, it was definitely worth the wait. I will make this my regular dining spot.

We were visiting my brother for a few days and on our last night decided not to cook. His next-door neighbor recommended Kai's to us. We called in our order for a duck dish, chicken wings, prawn toast, and a special fried rice, and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The service was very efficient. We shared all the dishes and enjoyed mixing and matching. The food was hot and flavorful. The chicken wings were a bit confusing as they seemed more like strips of pork, but still tasted great. We also received a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. Overall, I would recommend Kai's for a quick and delicious meal. The total cost for our order was £25.
