Absolutely ****. The people on the phone don’t understand the simplest of order . And they are the most illiterate when trying to resolve a fault of their own. Will never order from here again

Hygienically, i would give 0 because i have seen staff not wearing jewellery beards not covered,food also doesn't taste good. it looks like they are using cheap ingredients. Waiting time is way too long.

Horrible Service waited close to 45 mins for an order placed, the chicken was very salty, chips were over cooked and were in a single box, (royal bucket says 4 chips)

I ordered the Piri Piri half chicken platter from their menu for £4.49. When I went to pick it up, they charged me £8.99. I tried to explain to the staff that the price on their menu was different, but they said it was an old menu. I tried to explain that it wasn't the customer's fault if they hadn't updated their menu, but the staff was rude. I wouldn't trust them, they might try to overcharge you.

The restaurant has friendly and helpful staff, and serves amazing food. I requested a Diet Coke and it was promptly brought to me with my meal.
