Upon arriving in this enchanting city, we were pleasantly surprised to discover the Blue Coast restaurant right by the sea. With its acclaimed views of canals and volcanoes, the restaurant offers a peaceful cultural atmosphere filled with the magic of the south. We were fortunate enough to savor exquisite and fresh seafood dishes such as curanto (a local specialty featuring a variety of seafood, smoked pork, sausages, potato dumplings, and potato pancakes), as well as fish like conger eel, hake, and king crab. Truly a delightful culinary experience by the sea!
