Captain Nance's Seafood - Calabash

This is the best food for the price you're going to find anywhere in North Carolina.

Great place for good seafood by the river. Can watch shrimp boats coming in and out.

We stopped in on our way home from a weekend in Wilmington. Service was friendly and quick. Drinks refilled often. I had one of the very generous lunch specials with fried shrimp, baked potato and slaw. Hubby had fried oyster Senior plate. Both were fresh and delicious. It is a nice setting too, a working waterfront on the marsh. we'll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our food shrimp and oysters. Hush puppies are soooo good! We live in Little River SC so we’re “locals” but we eat here pretty regularly. Good food, reasonably priced!

Visited today for the first time and left a happy customer! As mother's day is normally busy busy, We were seated in 20 minutes and service was great! We had Kayla as our server and she was wonderful, never let our drinks get below half, was checking back to see how everything was and if anything was needed she was back promptly! The food was also great!! We got the lunch special shrimp and devil crab and still took some home. We will definitely be back when in the area!!!
