We ordered 2 10-piece nuggets, 2 medium fries, and 2 cheeseburgers from the menu, assuming it was a deal. When we asked about the advertised deal, we were told there was no such special. The employee insisted that it wasn't a deal, even though it was clearly listed as one on the menu. The service was rude and the nuggets were old. I had hoped that since the renovation, this place would have improved. Sadly, this is now the worst McDonald's in the area. It's a shame to see this restaurant deteriorate so much.
I just dined at the most attractive McDonald's I have ever seen. However, no matter how much they try to beautify the building, it still has a negative feel to it. The service was dreadful; they were incredibly slow and I never received a friendly smile. It took 45 minutes just to get chicken nuggets in a child's meal, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me in line.
I was pleasantly surprised today at this restaurant! I have had many issues here in the past, but today they exceeded my expectations. My order was quick and the staff was friendly. The cashier was very friendly as well. I received my food in less than 5 minutes and ordered 4 special burgers, which were all delicious and hot. It was a great experience overall. Keep up the good work!
I ordered online to breakfast and had my fiancée go get it from there. every time we ordered at mcdonalds before, I put the order through the app and then he picks it up, was never a problem with it. He went to the road this morning and they told him there was no command. I had the confirmation and even sent it to him. 5 minutes later they have the order. then the lady said that she paid in the load, although I put my card on the order. then another dame comes into the window and tells him, "it says payment error". Okay, I can handle it, so I told him that he just has to pay for it, and while we try to find out, the dame cries on my engaged: "I will need it to move because they keep my line. I need you to move. they can't do this.” then they slam the window closed. he pulled all the way around and put another order in the app and put my card back on them. They told him that he could not hold the line (it was another person there), and told him to move to another place. he waited for 25-30 minutes to the berth and finally got the order. the same girl that gave us false information, bought him the order and said: “See how the online order works now? if they are not here with their phone, then it will not work.” he told her that we often did this and there was never a problem, only one time. I swear kairo mcdonald’s is my least favorite place to deal with. they really only choose to rent the worst customer service friendly people in kairo. there are many people I have met who have worked there and stop because everyone has jobs and it is one of the worst jobs they have ever worked. mcdonald’s is already stiff, but kairo mcdonalds is always a disappointment.
It took them forever to get my order made. I waited for 20 minutes after placing the order, still no food, so I went inside to find that my food was made but wasn't bagged to bring out to me, so had I not gone inside for my food, I would not have gotten it or I would have still been waiting for it for 30 minutes longer. The guy manager, his staff and the food were horrible.
