Had more than a fantastic local food and a few drinks at this place, must say the atmosphere is quite secret and addictive. Meals like our ancestors cooked, real and by scratchy great service and a friendly smile. will be safe again.

Ordered a variety box for 1pax (AUS$35 . Unfortunately almost all meat was very dry (brisket, ‘juicy’ pulled pork, spareribs . Some pieces of the brisket and pulled pork were so dry, to the point I could not slice it with my knife, let alone chew on it (had to spit it out . I asked for gravy which made it much better, but it nowhere near the ‘melt in my mouth’ kind of meat I was kind of expecting based on reviews.Another table this evening also only received half a portion of their rack of spareribs and also mentioned it was dry..The waitress/hostess did seem lovely and I’d say you could still give this place a shot. Not sure what happened, but I reckon the kitchen staff perhaps didn’t have their best day.

Delicious. Heaven in every bite. Such a wonderful vibe, great customer serve, all the mouth watering meat a girl could ever want and cocktails to die for!! Can’t recommend slack and pickle enough.I’d eat there every night, if my wallet (and waist line) could endure it!

Ordered the 3 meat tacos and asked if the shells were corn (I can only eat gluten free). Was told they are soft and erroneously assumed they were soft corn. When they brought my order out I immediately realized they are wheat based tacos that I can 't eat.I then ordered the same thing but with baked potato (which was nice of them, as their fries are not gluten free). The food was good overall.The waiter came later and asked if they can take them away . E.g. my first order with flour tortillas. I thought they 'll box it, but apparently they just scrapped the food instead of giving it to me so I could have given it to a homeless person.At the end they still put the original wheat tacos on my bill. No discretion towards customers in a confusing situation. Pay the whole bill, waste the food, and overall just an ok attitude both from the waiting staff and the management.Dietary restrictions: Be very very specific as they won 't take anything off the bill or offer a discount if there is a confusing order in terms of dietary restrictions.
