Japanese Style Bakery Loaf - Cairns

The products here were a bit stale when we went there in the afternoon been sitting in the display case on a hot day

I bought a few different bakery items and every one of them was just delicious. The staff were so friendly and responsive, recommending certain items-this is what true service is! I froze a few leftover bakery goods and they were perfect for my childs lunch, will certainly be back for more homemade goodies :-)

The best fresh meat pies.... Light dry pastry....perhaps they use rice flour? .......very friendly staff n coffee ok too????

Whilst I live about 300 meters from this bakery. I find it very hard to comment on their bread or any other products. I have been to this bakery 4 times since it opened. Once at 9am,10am,11am and midday. On each occasion they had sold out of bread pastries and even pies. The display counters were empty.Was not even told there was a wait just simply sorry no bread. And This was all before lunch time. Whilst the Japanese ladies were very apologetic and lovely this is not a one time occurrence. I strongly suggest the baker take a look at the figures and cook more bread. I mean minimal waste is one thing but what good is a bakery with no bread. Strike 4 I will not even waste my time anymore. Such a shame being my local bakery. I am aware of others having the same experience also.
