Hungry Jack's Burgers Cairns

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in line for over an hour before receiving my burger. I do not recommend this Hungry Jack's. Thank you for ruining my lunch break.

The wait time at this restaurant is always long and the customer service is very poor. There is no justification for the extended wait times, even with preordering online. Customers who prepay are still left waiting. It is surprising how much the service and organization can vary from one fast food business to another. The restaurant is extremely disorganized.

The employees at the drive-thru were extremely impolite. It seems like they haven't been taught basic manners like greeting customers with a hello or thank you, or even smiling. Not only was the meal I ordered cold, but it was also missing items. The quality of both the food and service at this restaurant has been declining over the past few months.

The staff at this restaurant are always slow and inexperienced when it comes to serving customers.

Unreal for the last months each time when we go to hungry hunting at dfo, they never have a sugar coke, my partner is a diabetic and that is the next to us. well, they have my order wrong cold chips and nuggets that is a sweat. will never come back here again
