After I said that this is my experience, the place was not full to justify such a long time between a court and another! we arrived at 20.30 a.m. and went around 23.10 a.m.!

Excellent products, mostly locally related. simple dishes prepared with care and imagination. very friendly staff with exact knowledge about the products served and local producers. I add that only products that have their taste are needed. it is also a place where interesting culinary discoveries are made, such as tomaten marmelade, excellent, perfectly accompanied excellent cheese.
I would have expected to find a decent and different choice of cheeses from the usual collections of Sardinian cheeses found everywhere. Instead it is a place that offers almost exclusively local products, woe to ask for a French cheese that is not the usual Camembert. In addition, the careless and inexperienced waitress did not improve my experience. Pure provincialism. Never again.
