Excellent meal and beautiful environment. we had not booked, but were very welcome with great service and delicious food made. it is recommended urgently.

I wanted to try something new and not disappointed. the eating was nice. wife loved the corma and I really enjoyed the jalfrezi. will be ordered again!

We had a takeaway delivered. It took an hour to arrive. Which took way to long and was warm. When I dished it up I was very disappointed. We ordered 2 curry's and was all sauce. There was 8 pieces of lamb in one curry and not much chicken in the other. Was our first and last time we would use them. It's not as thought it was cheap, but should get what you pay for.

Had a takeaway, ordered online, paid. Meal picked up by family.... Turns out the order was a main meal short !! Not a first that the order has been incomplete, rang up and they delivered the dish about 40 minutes later so I was eating on my own. Disgraceful...they need to think a lot more about what they are doing rather than not caring after they have received the money. Will be trying another Indian takeaway from now on...they have had enough chances..

Blackwood restaurant EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM the gentleman that served us. He pushed my friends (that went 1st time there) to buy starters, despite they did not want it by saying: You have to order starters first. I said I do not want starter and he tried saying that I have to, and I said NO. HIS ATTITUDE AND TONE WAS DREADFUL EVEN BEFORE THIS ... AND GOT WORSE. Food arrived after a long time. The food was good, but he made us feel unwanted! At the time of pay, the told us only cash, but no itemised receipt or payment receipt was given to us. He offered to me when I asked, a piece of paper handwritten, but he said I cannot take it, but can do a photo. The writting is very badd, I could not read and discern the items we supposely ordered so we could have been charged anything! IF, and I repeat IF WE were charge correctly, was extremely expensive! Be careful and calculate what you order before the menu is taken away. I was never treated like this ever in my life in a restaurant, I feel so bad for my friends that paid a lot of money and were treated like this... Me and my family visited this restaurant regularly and took food home ...we will never set foot there or order, which is a shame, they knew me by name when I called! Extremely dissapointed!
