He revisits the normand classic dishes with an innovative twist the food is excellent. The dining hall is fresh, quiet and elegant. The only downside is an over present obsequious staff.

There was nothing bad There was nothing great Wines are expensive Not very sure why the restaurant got a Michelin star maybe because Caen must have starred restaurant and this one was a candidate for it. This is not helping Michelin guide credibility overall

Upmost quality of ingredients, high levels of technical skill on display, well designed flavour combinations and attractive presentation. The monkfish was sublime, such as the raspberry themed dessert. Service was excellent and highly professional.
