Kfc - Cadillac

Ordered all extra crispy and it was all original. The second time only has original was on lunch so again no extra crispy

My daughter wanted to eat there so we went fries were GREAT and for the most part the nuggets weren't bad however she bit into one and she said it tasted not good and when she bit into it she said it felt weird, I thought maybe it wasn't chicken but a chunk of the batter possibly. But i didnt see it or taste it so who knows. The mashed potato weren't the tastiest today not sure if someone mixed the water to the amount of instant mix but they definitely were off today. It happens tho, and we will return because the food is good more times then its not and i understand it happens. It happens at home i can make something ive made 100 times and for whatever reason that one time its not right and we have to go out to eat. Usually KFC lol. So we have no issues returning and not letting it effect our liking of KFC. The person who took our order was super friendly and the service was actually quite fast getting our food.

We used to stop here at least once a month after grocery shopping for lunch. Always get the pot pie it is so yummy, hot ad fresh every time. Love them!

Ether management is having a really bad day, or they are just outright rude. No people skills, no communication skills. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I was talked to there. And the food? Whatever happen to the crispy chicken. Dave Thomas created? Its all soggy cold chicken. Definitely not served to propper Temps. Nothing like biting into a chicken strip and its cold and dry with soggy breading. I will never be returning for business or food.

We picked a family meal deal 3/25 and the sides were good. The chicken was hard and was old, tasted dry as heck....not the first time....guess we r done eating from here....
