Burger King - Cadillac

As a district manager for convenience stores I travel a lot, the staff at this Burger King are absolutely amazing. Quality customer service has been difficult to find after Covid, and this crew is always upbeat, friendly, and accommodating. They deserve recognition for thier smiles and hard work! Keep it up Cadillac MI M115 Burger King Crew your doing great!

I made an online order. Went through the drive-thru and received exactly what I had ordered quickly from friendly employees that work there.Wheelchair accessibility: They have it.

This is my favorite Burger King to visit! The staff are always kind, helpful and friendly. Definitely makes grabbing a bite with twin 2 year olds a lot less daunting.

I stopped by last week for lunch before work and ordered a double cheeseburger. It was fresh and delicious. I got out of work late that same night and decided to order again. This time a double whopper meal with onion rings. The burger patties were stone cold, as were the onion rings. The onion rings were also cooked much less than normal. I reheated the burger patties and o-rings in the oven when I got home, and ate only half my burger. It didn’t taste right, so I threw the rest out. About two hours later I was sick. I’m very disappointed after my previously positive visit.
